Michael's multifaceted role encompasses project management, design, and the crucial aspects of estimating and billing. His deep-rooted proficiency in electrical system design is evident in each meticulously executed project. Natasha skillfully oversees invoicing, account reconciliation, bill payments, and payroll management, while also crafting comprehensive financial statements. Her innate knack for organization ensures the seamless functioning of our operations. Natasha's timely and effective approach underscores her commitment to maintaining efficiency.
In Natasha's words, "I enjoy working side by side with my husband most of all. But, I also enjoy being a part of our team here at AES." Her dedication to our team is unwavering. Outside of work, Natasha's adventurous spirit shines as she enjoys ATV riding in the picturesque Black Hills.
Project Manager
Robert Arroyo
With an impressive 32 years of experience in the electrical industry, Robert Arroyo stands as a cornerstone of expertise in our team. His specialization in Custom Homes, Commercial projects, and light industrial electrical is the driving force behind numerous successful projects. As a meticulous Project Manager, Robert takes charge of project scheduling and ensures the team's unwavering motivation on job sites.
His prowess extends to smart home automation, conduit bending, and orchestrating large crews of over 10 individuals for complex projects. Robert embodies the spirit of collaboration, offering his knowledge to project leads and fostering a cohesive team environment. His unwavering dedication is evident as he's the first to arrive and the last to leave. Beginning each project at point A and diligently progressing through every detail to Z, Robert's commitment ensures every endeavor reaches its peak potential.

Kinsey is a driving force within our team. With 4 years of experience in the Electrical Trade, Kinsey's passion and expertise fuel his remarkable journey. Specializing in both commercial and residential electrical projects, he skillfully guides his own crew while fostering a collaborative atmosphere on job sites. From project inception to completion, Kinsey is instrumental in realizing our clients' visions.
From managing commercial and residential projects to overseeing custom lighting designs, Kinsey's talents are versatile and exceptional. Notably, he played a pivotal role in our successful Storage City project in Box Elder. Kinsey's leadership extends beyond technical skills—he nurtures team morale by regularly treating his crew to lunch, fostering unity and camaraderie.

Brekk Weideman
Brekk brings 5 years of experience and a wealth of expertise to our team. Proficient in a wide range of areas including residential, commercial, remodel work, and apartment projects, he stands as a versatile asset. Brekk's primary focus is new construction residential work, having contributed to the successful completion of custom mansions and significant projects like our Liberty Park Apartments, which stands as a highlight on our website.
His specialization in advanced troubleshooting makes him a go-to problem solver, able to diagnose and overcome challenges with ease. As a leader, Brekk instills a deep understanding of quality and efficiency in the core of our group, leading by example.
When faced with a challenge, Brekk approaches it with patience, calling on divine assistance before analyzing the situation. His dedication and faith extend to his work and personal life, creating a Christian atmosphere that enriches our AES team.
